Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Agent to support inventory accuracy, system updates, and daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, system-savvy, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory records in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure system data is up to date
- Support inbound and outbound order processing, including basic shipping and receiving activities
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts and reconciliations
- Review shipment information for accuracy and report discrepancies as needed
- Help ensure alignment between system records and physical inventory
- Maintain organized documentation and support audit readiness
- Communicate inventory updates or issues to relevant stake holders
- Follow standard procedures and support overall warehouse operations
- Assist in identifying process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 1–4 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or WMS-related roles.
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow processes and work independently in a structured environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.
