Continuous technical support to operators, personnel management (work schedules, holidays), and resource management (PPE, vehicles, minor payments).
Preparation of operation and maintenance reports through SCADA monitoring, technical analysis, and consolidation of data to support decision-making.
Regular communication with the remote office regarding plant availability, coordination of switching operations, outages, and adjustments of operational programs due to incidents or changing conditions.
Recording, coding, and analysis of relevant communications.
Incident management, including on-site diagnosis, identification and coordination of appropriate service providers, supervision of repair works on site, substations, lines, and transformer centers, and response to incidents both during and outside working hours, serving as the initial point of contact for owners.Waste management and environmental monitoring in compliance with applicable regulations.
Active involvement in continuous improvement processes, participating in the analysis, definition, implementation, and monitoring of improvement initiatives, and promoting behavioral transformation toward operational excellence. Ensuring subcontractor compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements related to occupational safety, environmental protection, and quality.
Communication of environmental requirements to subcontractors and promotion of good environmental practices on-site.
