Key Responsibilities:
- Develop: Research and plan content, write captions, and build 30‑day social calendars.
- Optimize & Test: Ensure posts are engaging, on‑brand, and tailored for each platform.
- Collaborate: Work with design teams to align visuals and messaging.
- Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on social trends to improve content.
Requirements:
- Knowledge & Experience: Strong background in content strategy or social media with 2+ years’ experience.
- Skills: Excellent English writing skills (C2 proficiency), caption writing, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite).
- Attributes: Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Performance Mindset: Ability to interpret analytics and improve content based on data
- Ownership: Strong accountability for quality, deadlines, and outcomes
- Video & Execution: Ability to create and edit short-form content; comfortable being on camera when required
