BDR (Business Development Representative)

BDR (full-time)

We are hiring driven people to join our Enterprise GTM team at Inven as BDR. We build AI for M&A that helps the world’s top dealmakers including private equity firms, consultancies, investment banks, and VC funds map the private market.

The role
You will be at the frontline of our outreach (using Linkedin, phone & email), connecting with senior decision-makers to open doors. This is a role designed for those who want to understand the workflows of high finance and building a startup from the inside. Some recent growth numbers of the team you'll be joining:

• eNPS score 100 (would you recommend Inven as an employer, 100 is maximum score)

• 58.8% average MoM growth

• 45.5% share of net new ARR

• 50% share of upsells
  
  Your trajectory
  We view the BDR role as a launchpad. You will gain exposure to M&A and private equity research that is unavailable elsewhere

• Internal mobility: As Inven scales (#10 fastest-growing early stage startup in Europe 2025), we prioritize promoting from within

• Proven exits: Our alumni have successfully transitioned into roles e.g. at MBB firms and other high-growth startups
