Job Summary:
The Global Email, CRM & Content Manager will play a central role in driving global digital marketing performance across the Orthodontics portfolio, with a primary focus on email marketing, CRM automation, and customer journey optimization. This role owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of email and CRM programs, including automation flows, data governance, and platform optimization, with a strong emphasis on SAP Marketing Cloud expertise and scalable global operations. While ClearCorrect will be the primary brand focus, the role may also support additional brands within the Orthodontics department, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and best-practice sharing across the portfolio.
In parallel, the role ensures close alignment with the global digital experience by overseeing key website content workflows, lead capture points, and content governance within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Working cross-functionally with Digital, Sales, Communications, Events, Clinical, and Local Marketing teams, this role ensures that email, CRM, and digital content touchpoints work together to support lead acquisition, nurturing, conversion, and long-term engagement across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the global email, CRM, and digital content strategy across the Orthodontics portfolio, aligned with business objectives, campaign calendars, and regional priorities.
- Design, build, and continuously optimize automated customer journeys, with a primary focus on email-led lead nurturing, lifecycle, and retention flows, and alignment with website touchpoints.
- Lead hands-on execution of email campaigns, including audience segmentation, deployment, testing, and performance optimization across supported brands.
- Act as the global owner of SAP Marketing Cloud, including automation flows, data models, contact governance, and integration with website forms and lead capture journeys.
- Ensure seamless integration between email, CRM, and website experiences, including forms, landing pages, and conversion paths managed through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Oversee governance of global digital content and email templates, ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and compliance across markets and Orthodontics brands.
- Partner with stakeholders to optimize content and journeys for engagement, conversion, and performance.
- Lead A/B testing and continuous optimization across email campaigns, automation flows, and key website touchpoints to improve open rates, CTR, and conversion.
- Where applicable, contribute to the design and optimization of SMS and WhatsApp automation flows, ensuring alignment with email and website journeys.
- Manage global contact strategy, segmentation logic, consent models, and GDPR-compliant data governance across CRM and website integrations.
- Monitor performance across email, CRM, and website KPIs, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices across global and regional teams to enable consistent, scalable execution.
- Support local teams in the area of expertise, both with implementation but also with training & upskilling the teams for local activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or related digital roles within a global or multi-regional organization.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Marketing Cloud, including automation flows, audience segmentation, contact governance, and platform optimization.
- Proven track record of building, executing, and optimizing email campaigns and automated customer journeys at scale.
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) principles, with the ability to apply them to email design, content structure, landing pages, and on-site conversion paths.
- Working knowledge of basic SEO principles, including on-page optimization, content discoverability, and alignment between search intent and user journeys.
- Strong understanding of GDPR, data privacy, consent management, and email deliverability best practices.
- Analytical mindset, with experience interpreting performance data and translating insights into optimization actions across email, CRM, and website touchpoints.
- Strong experience working with Adobe Experience Manager and integrating website forms with CRM systems.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and timelines in a fast-paced global environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across global, local, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong English proficiency, minimum C1 level.
Additional preferences:
- Experience with SMS and WhatsApp automation platforms and omnichannel journey design.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email and web content customization.
- Familiarity with lead scoring methodologies and CRM integrations with website forms and analytics tools.
- Experience in B2B, healthcare, dental, or medical technology environments.
- Fluency in additional languages, especially Spanish, is a plus.
