Job Summary: 
The Global Social Media Specialist for ClearCorrect will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence across social media platforms. This position encompasses three key responsibilities: 1) optimizing our global social media channels, 2) planning and creating content for social channels globally within Ortho department, and 3) overseeing social influencer campaigns.


The role will drive the strategy, development, and execution of social media marketing programs, ensuring consistent, impactful campaigns across multiple channels. The position is responsible for day to day channel management, content coordination, and campaign execution in close collaboration with Digital, Communications, Clinical, and regional teams. The Specialist will work alongside external agency partners to ensure high quality delivery of campaigns and content across platforms. This position also requires close collaboration with Digital, Communications, and Clinical teams to create compelling campaigns that elevate ClearCorrect’s global presence.

The ideal candidate brings strong executional experience in social media, content creation, and campaign coordination within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the implementation of global social media plans to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.
  • Execute social media campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and any other new channels, ensuring timely publishing, coordination with agencies, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Create original social content and oversee the production of the monthly content calendars and campaign activation.
  • Support local marketing teams with social media content production and community management when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality content aligned with campaign objectives and audience needs.
  • Support influencer collaborations, including briefing coordination, content review, and performance tracking.
  • Prepare briefs for content production initiatives like video shoots and other activities with content production opportunities.
  • Assist in the promotion and coverage of global congresses and regional events across social platforms, including live coverage during the events.
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct competitor and trend monitoring to identify content opportunities and emerging platform best practices.
  • Support landing page and CTA alignment from a social perspective to contribute to lead generation and campaign performance.
  • Share social media best practices and learnings with local teams to encourage consistency and quality execution.
  • Support employee advocacy initiatives by coordinating content and guidelines for internal contributors.
  • Provide social media support across the Orthodontics business unit as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content marketing roles, preferably within a global or multi-region organization.
  • Strong English proficiency, minimum C1 level.
  • Proven experience creating engaging, high-quality social media content.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and content formats.
  • Experience using tools such as Sprout Social, Google Analytics, or native platform insights.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and translate it into practical optimization actions.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Good understanding of social media governance and community management processes.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Additional preferences:

  • Awareness of regulatory and compliance considerations in healthcare or medical marketing, including patient consent and advertising guidelines.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles for social platforms and YouTube.
  • Experience supporting event or congress promotion on social media.
  • Experience organizing photoshoots.
  • Working knowledge of paid social campaign coordination and reporting.
  • Experience supporting video content production for digital campaigns.
  • Basic editing skills in Adobe tools such as Photoshop or Premiere Pro.
  • Fluency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is a plus.
