Job Description
The Principal Supply Planner is responsible for developing, managing, and continuously improving the end-to-end supply plan and supply strategy for assigned products, product families, or business units. This role translates demand forecasts into executable, capacity-feasible production and procurement plans while balancing customer service, inventory investment, and total supply chain cost. The Principal Supply Planner owns planning policies, system planning parameters, and supply strategies, and serves as the primary supply planning lead within the S&OP and S&OE processes. This role is responsible for scenario planning, capacity and inventory modeling, supply risk management, and making recommendations to leadership regarding service, cost, and inventory trade-offs.
