Performs all Production Technician and below job responsibilities, where applicable. Sets up, starts up, operates, troubleshoots, and shuts down advanced technology processes and equipment while working towards completing work orders. Requires high levels of technical skill sets to perform specialized manufacturing processes, including advanced practices, procedures, concepts, and principles. Consistently applies lean tools and techniques to identify and solve operational problems and measurably improve processes. Demonstrates good leadership skills and provides training for all levels of technological processes. Executes tasks across multiple advanced technologies within the department. Works towards approximately 25% of the next level leadership development requirements to achieve the next level.
