Job Description
The Strategic Program Specialist supports the day-to-day sales, commercial, administrative, and customer-focused activities required to run UPM’s key strategic programs. This role handles many of the same core responsibilities as an Inside Sales Account Specialist — including quotes, order entry support, customer communication, and issue resolution — but with added focus on program coordination, data accuracy, and cross-functional alignment. Working closely with the Strategic Program Manager and internal teams, this role ensures that quotes, orders, delivery schedules, and customer updates move smoothly and that program tasks stay on track.
