Vice President of Corporate Finance & Accounting is an executive officer of Biltmore, responsible for leading the integrated functions of accounting, financial planning and analysis, tax, and finance transformation. This role is responsible for the development and execution of financial and operational plans that support the company's mission, strategic framework, and long-term value creation.
The VP of Corporate Finance & Accounting has fiduciary responsibility to act in the best interest of Biltmore and serves as a key member of the Finance leadership team and broader Vice President team. This role ensures the integrity of financial information, leads enterprise financial planning and decision support, and translates financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive enterprise decision making.
The incumbent will plan, direct, coordinate and provide leadership for all accounting and finance activities, ensuring efficient, scalable, and cost effective processes and systems that support current and future business needs.
A critical priority of this role is to build and lead a high performing finance organization, including hiring and developing key leaders, while advancing finance strategies through process improvement, systems optimization, and the use of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.
