About the job

We are looking for a motivated and curious Executive Researcher to join our global Recruiting & Talent Center of Excellence in Aarburg, Switzerland.

In this role, you support leadership and expert hiring across all divisions and functions worldwide. You provide market insights, strong research capabilities, and high‑quality deliverables that help us make right talent decisions.

Your tasks

Research & Project Support

  • Support several international and local executive search projects at the same time.
  • Partner with the recruiting team to define target markets and search strategies.
  • Conduct market, company, and candidate research to identify and prioritize potential talent.
  • Build high‑quality longlists and research reports with accuracy and speed.
  • Prepare progress updates and maintain structured project documentation.
  • Contribute to improving our research tools, methods, and knowledge base.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted partner to HR colleagues and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support decision‑making.
  • Work closely with global recruiting partners and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
  • Play an active role in project teams and help deliver impactful hiring outcomes.

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in progress or completed is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of relevant early professional experience (e.g., market research, consulting, project planning, talent acquisition, executive search).
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a structured and reliable way.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge constructively.
  • Curiosity for talent, leadership, and organizational topics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trustful relationships.
  • Comfortable using social media, AI tools, LinkedIn, Google, and modern search technologies.
  • Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage.
