Gregory Financial, located in Springfield, MO is seeking to add a Director of Estate Planning Representative to our team!

What you’ll do:
- Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships
- Accessing and contacting over 200 + existing client households
- Guiding clients through the Wealth.com process
- Managing timelines and ensuring completion of plans
- Coordinating signing and document execution
- Preparing concise summaries for advisor review
- Maintain accurate records and workflow using CRM
- Stay current on insurance regulations, products and industry trends
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in documentation-heavy roles (paralegal, financial, compliance) preferred
- Values precision, completion and client confidence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage processes end-to-end
- Attentive to detail and effective communicator
- Driven by performance-based compensation and independent work environment
Bonus Points:
- Enjoy guiding clients step-by-step through structured processes
- Take ownership of outcomes rather than waiting for direction
- Experience with estate planning platforms (Wealth.com) preferred not required
What You’ll Get:
Pay & Perks:
- Recoverable Draw: $1,000/month
This is an advance against commissions, not a salary.
- Commission: 30% per completed plan
- Income scales with volume and referrals (potential $69,000-$102,000 + in first year)
This role is earnings-based rather than salaried, providing substantial income potential. You’ll engage with our established client base, benefit from continual marketing support, and earn a percentage of revenue for every estate plan you complete.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday (hours will vary – 40-hour work week)
