The Opportunity:
Lakehouse Food Runner (On-Call)
Who We Look For:
Overlooking the serene lake at Four Seasons Resort Orlando, The Lakehouse brings a taste of coastal Florida to the heart of the Resort. Opened in 2025, this lakeside restaurant celebrates fresh seafood, wood-grilled dishes and vibrant salads inspired by local ingredients and sustainable sourcing. Signature plates include Gulf grouper fish tacos, key lime scallop ceviche and The Lakehouse Lobster Roll. With effortless charm and waterfront views, The Lakehouse is Orlando's destination for relaxed, modern American lakeside dining.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner
Effectively and confidently describe menu items as they are delivered to the guest
Answer guest questions regarding to service and restaurant menu
Work directly with the culinary team to ensure correctness of order modifications
Clear tables of any dirty dishes between courses
Assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong food knowledge is required
Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
