Onboarding Specialist- Human Resources

Serves as a member of the Human Resources and Recruitment team by providing the execution of all transactions associated with processing new hire employees as well as internal transfers.  The onboarding specialist is the primary point of contact during the induction stages of employment, ensuring that all steps and requirements are communicated to new hire employees and executed in accordance with policy.  Additionally, the onboarding specialist is responsible for communicating status and updates to the recruitment staff.  The specialist fields initial calls and questions regarding candidate experience, password reset and application status within the applicant tracking system. ...
