Head of Strategic Parnters
Summary:
Build and scale Ultimus’ consultant & COI channel into a consistent, measurable source of new business pipeline and revenue. This role ensures Ultimus is consistently shortlisted and recommended by key industry influencers.
Responsibilities:
Build a tiered coverage strategy across consultants, law firms, and audit partners
Drive pipeline and revenue through COI relationships
Ensure consistent inclusion in RFPs and shortlists
Build deep, multi-level relationships across key firms
Provide market intelligence to product, pricing, and leadership
Lead strategic events and engagement initiatives

COI-sourced pipeline ($)
COI-influenced pipeline ($)
Win rate on consultant-driven deals
Increase in shortlist inclusion
Depth of Tier 1 relationships
Salesforce tracking of activity and outcomes
Education and Experience
10+ years in asset servicing or consultant relations
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Masters Degree preferred
Proven commercial impact via relationships
Strong consultant/COI network
Ability to influence RFP outcomes
Deep understanding of fund servicing landscape
Skills and Knowledge:
Commercial impact and pipeline generation
Quality and depth of network
Ability to influence internal stakeholders
Strategic prioritization of relationships
Understanding of value exchange with consultant
