Job Description
- Manage activities to ascertain tax obligations of the organization by ensuring full adherence to the Tax laws and ensuring correct accounting and reporting of Tax Position.
- Ensure Statuary Compliance (Monthly)-For the purpose of Tax Deducted at Source.
- Statuary Compliance(Quarterly)-Generate the report of quarterly deductions & remittance
- Company Audit –Validate the facts, to ensure the provision for tax, deferred tax, based on the finalized accounts
- Based on the notice appearance for hearing, produce the documents required for the reference to the income tax department
