Job Description
Inventory Clerk
PSC Group is hiring an Inventory Clerk! In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll be responsible for tracking and verifying inventory, performing routine inventory checks, and helping resolve any discrepancies. You’ll work both in the office and out in the warehouse/production areas, supporting accurate inventory management. Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Help track and manage inventory to keep counts accurate
Do daily and weekly inventory checks in the warehouse and production areas
Find and fix any inventory differences or issues
Enter and update inventory data in systems like SAP and Excel
Respond to requests to check or verify inventory throughout the day
Work both in the office and on the floor
Use a forklift when needed (after getting certified)
Follow processes and safety guidelines
Communicate with team members like PDAs, warehouse staff, and schedulers
Stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once
Completes any other duties that may be assigned to complete the job
Job Qualifications:
Experience using SAP preferred
Ability to multi-task, such as answering multiple phone calls while entering computer data
People skills, including patience to deal with customers, employees, and co-workers
Exceptional customer service with both internal and external customers (ability to maintain professional and working relationship with customers and employees)
Exceptional communication skills, such as the ability to effectively communicate information to relief clerk at shift turnover
Computer literacy, including the ability to learn the computer database and understand how to receive, enter, and dispatch job orders using the database
May require a valid Driver’s License and / or a valid TWIC card, depending on work location
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
Wear all required PPE without restriction and pass any required medical exams
Speak, write, read fluent English
Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus

Monday-Friday (Dayshifts)
