Boeing Aerospace OperationsBoeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking Experienced Facilities Planner to support our Infrastructure Support Services team in Chantilly, VA, or Aurora, CO. This organization supports mission critical government programs.
The candidate will be part of a diverse team supporting multiple programs with activities in various locations. The candidate will be responsible for equipment maintenance scheduling, material data entry in the customer system of record and management of facility records.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maintains the equipment and preventive maintenance master data foundation within SAP S/4HANA, ensuring equipment records, task lists, and maintenance plans are accurate, standardized, and capable of supporting safe, compliant, and efficient maintenance operations across the program enterprise.
- Initiate and lead forecasting efforts for assigned project, space and facility requirements
- Manage complex projects within schedule; anticipate milestones in pursuit of project and program goals
- Integrate material and maintenance records and data for various stakeholders and sponsors; communicate approved plans to implementation/execution team(s)
- Prepare and maintain master site facility plans
- Lead efforts to review, create, improve, and document system processes and procedures which may include integration with multiple disciplines or organizations
- Coordinate supplier intakes, procurement, and inventory status reports
- Provide customer support for scheduling, packing standards, delivery routing and required certifications
Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Ability to obtain an adjudicated Counterintelligence Polygraph pre-start
- 5+ years’ experience with facilities operations or facilities management
- 5+ years’ experience with SAP or other computerized maintenance software systems
- 3+ years’ experience with facilities requirements, analysis, planning, design standards and specifications and building codes
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Active Top Secret /SCI with Counterintelligence or Full Scope polygraph
- Experience using SAP to manage work orders, equipment maintenance schedules, and material ordering
- Experience developing queries and tools to research databases to enable data-driven decision making

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $126,650 - $171,350
