Coordinator, Inventory
As an Inventory Coordinator at Torani, you will dive into the fundamentals of inventory management and grow alongside a dynamic team, manufacturing world-class flavors. Your mission is to ensure inventory accuracy, which is the cornerstone of our safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
In this role precision meets impact. As an Inventory Coordinator in our fast-paced manufacturing environment, you’ll be the force that keeps operations flowing as you balance accuracy, efficiency, and foresight at every turn. If you thrive on organization, problem-solving, and being the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps everything moving, this is your opportunity to make a measurable difference every single day.
At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks – we flavor lives. We’re a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. You’ll be empowered to grow, try new things, and help others thrive.
Success Factors (First 12–24 Months)
- Data Integrity & Transaction Management: You will have ensured daily inventory transactions are accurate and timely across ERP/WMS, consistently resolving discrepancies (receipts, adjustments, EDI support) and protecting inventory accuracy as a core operational standard. As you’re immersed in the daily transactions and ensuring accuracy on a day-to-day basis, you have identified trends and spot areas of improvement needed, bringing these recommendations to the team for consideration. The daily cycle count reporting creates preventive actions to improve and identify inventory accuracy and reduce recurring variances.
- Root Cause Analysis: Your curious and collaborative mindset, along with your organizational and technical skills, will set you up for success. You will have identified and resolved the drivers of inventory variance through trace exercises, system-to-system reconciliation, and clear corrective actions that improve counting efficiency and reliability.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: You will have collaborated with Manufacturing, Quality, and Warehouse teams creating strong partnerships and establishing yourself as the trusted resource for inventory data. You support the coordination, planning, and execution of year-end physical inventory activities, helping ensure a smooth and accurate count process. You also contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives by helping to identify practical, scalable ways to improve efficiency through smarter systems and automation. With your support, we are able to execute and implement practical process improvements that strengthen inventory controls, improve data accuracy, and support successful inventory execution.
- Inventory Disposition: You will have supported timely and compliant disposition of obsolete inventory and quality holds in partnership with Quality and leadership, maintaining clear controls and documentation.
- Continuous Growth: You will have built confidence navigating shifting priorities, stepping into evolving inventory needs, and continuously improving how the work gets done through curiosity and learning agility.
- Have FUN! Whether it’s your attitude, humor, or energy – you bring a little extra brightness to every day.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, supply chain, logistics, or a related operational environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas). Experience with ERP or WMS software is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform root cause analysis and solve complex problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and shifts.
Pay Range: $29.72 - $33.01/ hour
