What you´ll do Perform data analysis, interpret results, and provide actionable recommendations to support formulation and process improvements. Design and execute laboratory experiments and analytical testing, following defined project objectives and technical direction. Execute project tasks and workstreams with strong ownership, ensuring high-quality, timely delivery aligned with project goals. Prepare technical reports and clearly communicate experimental results to internal stakeholders. Support technical problem-solving by analyzing data, identifying root causes, and proposing practical solutions. Develop and execute test plans, evaluate results, and recommend formulation or process adjustments based on data. Manage daily laboratory operations, including equipment maintenance, calibration, and consumable procurement. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and 6S practices, contributing to a strong safety culture. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall project direction. Leverage and support digital tools and data systems to improve lab efficiency and data integrity.
