About the Role:
As the Procurement Technology Training Analyst, you will play a key role in helping teams adopt and succeed with Oracle Supply Chain Management technology. This is an opportunity to combine training, systems knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration to shape how supply chain teams, vendors, and support partners learn new processes and work more effectively. You will design engaging learning experiences, support users through change, and partner with business process owners and project teams to ensure training is practical, accessible, and aligned with future-state ways of working.
What You Get to Do:
• Deliver in-person and virtual training for internal users, supply chain teams, and vendors.
• Support end-user adoption by answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and responding to training requests in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and user-friendly process documentation.
• Partner with supply chain process owners to align training content with Oracle configurations, business processes, and system changes.
• Support user acceptance and quarterly testing by coordinating testers, designing scenarios, validating impacts, and preparing end users.
• Provide hyper care support and refine training materials based on user feedback.
• Track training completion, competency, adoption, and performance trends to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Help maintain system compliance and access in accordance with ATCO policies and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years successful Oracle Fusion SCM training experience demonstrated in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Possess intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
• Ability to problem-solve, diagnose, and communicate system-related issues.
• Adaptability to changes in system functionality, upgrades, and evolving business needs.
• Strong presentation, personal influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and respond in a timely manner to changing environments.
