Interventional Cardiology is the subspecialty of cardiology that uses specialized imaging and other diagnostic techniques to evaluate blood flow and pressure in the coronary arteries and chambers of the heart, as well as technical procedures to treat abnormalities that impair the function of the cardiovascular system. We’re dedicated to leading minimally invasive technologies for diagnosing and treating a variety of heart and vascular conditions. [Purpose Statement]
Clinical specialist serves as a key field-based expert, supporting physicians and healthcare professionals during interventional procedures. This role goes beyond clinical/technical support—by actively promoting products, providing education, and identifying opportunities for clinical and commercial growth. He/she plays a direct role in expanding the business and strengthening the market presence and preference of the company.
[Key Responsibilities]
Promote BSC products by clearly communicating clinical benefits and differentiators to healthcare professionals
Deliver in-depth product training and clinical education to physicians, technicians and nurses in Cath lab
Provide clinical case support during PCIs and other interventional procedures
Work collaboratively with the sales team and marketing team to drive product adoption, utilization and business growth
Identify new business opportunities and support strategic customer engagement initiatives
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key opinion leaders, decision-makers, and other stakeholders in the field.
Represent the company at scientific meetings, workshops, and training events to promote the product portfolio
Collect and relay market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to internal teams
Ensure all clinical activities comply with local regulations and company standards
[Required Qualifications]
Bachelor’s degree required
+ 5 years of sales/marketing/clinical experience in healthcare industry, preferably in interventional cardiology
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence clinical stakeholders
Proactive and commercially minded with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently and manage field-based responsibilities effectively
Good verbal and written communication skills in English/Korean
Willingness to travel frequently
Creative & Strategic thinking
Strong leadership and inter-personal skills to ensure cross-functional engagement and collaboration
Self-motivated and passionate
High level of computer proficiency
[Preferred Qualifications]
Good understanding on cardiology market & customers in Interventional Cardiology
In-depth knowledge and experience of Interventional Cardiology products
Strong understanding of Cath lab operations and PCI procedures
