Job Description
Sanitation – 3rd shift personnel performs various cleaning duties according to the establish frequency to maintain a clean safe food environment and to be in full compliance with all requirements of programs and policies. Follows SSOP’s to ensure food processing equipment including the physical plant building structure and grounds are cleaned to food safe guidelines and regulations. Physically demanding position. Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s) and Food Safety/Quality Programs of the manufacturing plant. Consistently on the watch for food safety and reports food safety and/or food quality issues to supervisor.
