We are seeking motivated, self-driven Life Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This is a high-earning opportunity where warm, pre-qualified leads are provided — no cold calling required. Work from home or meet clients in person — full flexibility on how and where you conduct business.Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell life insurance products (term, whole, universal, and final expense) to warm leads
- Conduct virtual or in-person consultations and needs analyses
- Educate clients on coverage options and tailor solutions to their goals
- Close sales and provide exceptional client service
- Maintain accurate records and follow up with prospects and policyholders
- High-quality, exclusive leads provided daily (no prospecting)
- Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential
- Remote or in-person flexibility (work from anywhere in the U.S.)
- Comprehensive training and ongoing support
- Advanced quoting tools and CRM system
- Full licensing support (if needed)
- Active Life Insurance License (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Self-motivated with a desire to earn six-figure income
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet (for remote agents)
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required — we train motivated individuals
