You will be responsible for driving growth across LATAM by developing and managing distribution partners, expanding market penetration, and supporting the successful launch of innovative medical technologies. Working closely with internal leadership and external partners, you will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategy, strengthening commercial performance, and ensuring strong customer and physician engagement. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on field involvement, including clinical support and training activities. You will also contribute to pricing strategies, forecasting, and performance monitoring across assigned territories.
