Commercial Review Appraiser-Onsite (Uniondale, NY)

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Appraisals Team! This position will assist the Appraisal Department in all aspects of reviewing third-party appraisals to determine a credible and reasonable opinion of the market value of Commercial real estate to assist in the mortgage lending process. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree is preferred. New York State General Appraisal Certification (Current and in Good Standing) is required. Estimated starting salary is $95K-$135K per year.
