Error Management Specialist with German

What you bring along:

• You have a degree in the fields of Engineering, Economics or Technical.︅︌︇︋︎︅️️ ︂︆︄︅ ︁︁︎︌ ︈︂︇︍ ︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎
• Experience in Customer support field (or similar) and problem management systems for minimum 2 years.
• Good communication and assertive attitude.
• Good understanding of concepts like processes and product life cycle.
• Automotive knowledge is an important plus.
• Technical know-how not really necessary, but does no harm.
• Advanced German and English language knowledge are required.

What to expect:

• Fault management for mobile online service development.
• Lifecycle management of vehicle projects for all defects (prioritization, clarification, forwarding, etc.).
• Maintenance of the defect database.
• Participation in customer meetings (status reports, identification of "showstoppers").
• Management of international distributed teams (tickets and reports verification).
• Checking the quality of changes and problems description.
