Job Description
The Financial Application Administrator is responsible for managing, supporting, and optimizing core financial and enterprise applications at ESO Solutions. This role acts as a bridge between Finance, HR, IT, and Operations, ensuring that systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primary administrator for NetSuite and Salesforce, handling configuration, user management, workflows, and system enhancements.
- Daily support for financial and enterprise applications, maintaining system stability and data integrity.
- Monitoring and supporting integrations between NetSuite and other systems (Salesforce, Adaptive, ADP, Ramp, Avalara, Boomi).
- Collaborating with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, Revenue, and HR teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
- Supporting month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
- Creating and maintaining system documentation, runbooks, and support materials.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (GL, AP, AR, billing).
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS applications in production.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP, Ramp, Avalara, and/or Boomi.
- Familiarity with system integrations, APIs, and data flows.
- Experience in SOX-compliant or audit-controlled environments.
- NetSuite or related enterprise application certifications.
