Job Description
Purpose of the Supervised Technical Practice
To provide students from Technical Professional High Schools with the opportunity to apply the theoretical knowledge acquired during their academic training through a supervised practical experience in the Customer Contact – Frontline Advisor area, strengthening technical, communication, and professional skills within a real work environment.

Learning-Based Responsibilities
During the supervised practice period, the student will have the opportunity to:
- Support customer inquiries in accordance with departmental guidelines and procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in English at a fluent level, based on service requirements.
- Record and update information in administrative information systems.
- Assist with operational and support tasks assigned by the supervising staff member.
- Work collaboratively with the team, promoting respect, cooperation, and responsibility.
- Comply with internal regulations, company policies, and safety guidelines.
- Demonstrate a willingness for continuous learning and skills development.
During the supervised practice period, the student will have the opportunity to:

Academic Requirements
- Be an active student enrolled in a Technical Professional High School.
- Require Supervised Technical Practice as a graduation requirement.
- Provide an official referral letter and authorization from the educational institution, in accordance with MEP guidelines.
- Complete the number of practice hours established in the academic program.
