Pay Range

$41.10 - $61.65

Job Description Summary
Provides comprehensive therapeutic patient care to ensure positive patient outcomes. Educates the patent, significant others, and other health care providers to assure continuity of the patient care plan. Interacts with other departments and members of the medical team in developing and implementing interdisciplinary patient care plans to ensure comprehensive medical care. Supervises physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students to develop their clinical skills and ensure the delivery of quality patient care
Job Description

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school. Previous hospital experience preferred.

LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, and/or REGISTRATION: Current licensure in the state of applicable state and CPR certification in Basic Life Support, Level C.
