NextGen Events Co is seeking a detail-oriented Production Assistant to support our dynamic events team. The ideal candidate will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring smooth operations from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow their career in event production.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event planning and logistics, including setup, execution, and breakdown.

  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

  • Maintain accurate records of event materials, schedules, and budgets.

  • Support on-site event operations to ensure seamless experiences for clients and attendees.

  • Provide administrative support to the production team as needed.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with event management software is a plus.
