About the Role:
We are seeking a professional Communications Agent to assist with internal and external communications, brand representation, and customer engagement. This role supports outreach activities that help attract, inform, and retain customers through clear and consistent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing and delivering public-facing communications and updates.

  • Represent the brand during events, presentations, and client interactions.

  • Support the coordination of outreach efforts and customer engagement campaigns.

  • Maintain communication records and assist with administrative tasks.

  • Help ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all interactions.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and public relations teams to support campaigns.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Professional, confident, and approachable demeanor.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Prior experience in communications, public engagement, or sales is a plus.
