Job Description
The Customer Account Representative (CAR) plays a key role in supporting order fulfillment and customer engagement within a team-based selling environment. In alignment with NPP’s Responsive ~ Reliable service model, this position is responsible for managing assigned customer accounts with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and relationship-building. The role involves coordinating quote activity, validating pricing, maintaining accurate customer data and history, and identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships. The CAR works closely with Sales, Operations, Traffic and Yard Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle.
