Job Description

Overview The Stock Supervisor assists the Operations Manager in looking at stock levels and identifying trends as well as having a well-organized stockroom that supports the sales floor. As an integral member of the management team, you will help to maximize store productivity and profitability by assisting in teambuilding and staff development, goal setting, and by ensuring compliance with all Coach standards. We are looking for an exceptional Stock Supervisor that leads by example, sets the tone in the stockroom, and provides feedback to the stock team that will result in an exceptionally efficient stock room. In return you will be given the chance to lead an exceptional team and be part of a rapidly expanding modern luxury brand with the opportunity to advance your career Responsibilities · Review stock levels alongside the Operations Manager · Oversee daily stockroom operations, ensuring inventory is managed efficiently and the work environment remains clean and safe. · Supervise Goods in and out of the store following the correct Coach procedures. · Lead the stockroom team members by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support to ensure processes and policies are followed. · Support the shop floor as and when needed The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to: · Creates a high energy, is stock focused and can drive a team. · Ensures all customers are being serviced according to the Coach approach standard; · Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards; · Takes initiative to act on development needs; · Maintains a confident and/or commanding floor presence; · Acts as advocate for the team; · Creates partnerships with team members; · Represents the brand appropriately in all situations. Qualifications Experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment in a position of management or team lead · Knowledge of, and ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; · Has worked with inventory management systems · Understanding of negatives and cycle counts · Likes problem solving and always looks for best practices · Ability to communicate effectively with a team to drive results · Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and Public holidays.
