Job Description
Drive the strategy, execution, and optimization of the Marketing Technology ecosystem at Ounass, ensuring scalable platform governance, strong cross-functional collaboration, and measurable business outcomes. You will drive roadmap planning, platform ownership, and process enhancements, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for marketing technology platforms we are building at Ounass.
- Marketing Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of digital, influencer and affiliate marketing adtech processes to align product capabilities with marketer workflows to optimize decision-making.
- Analytics & Prioritization: Leverage data to identify pain points, inform prioritization, and guide experimentation and A/B testing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with marketing, business and technical teams to align on scalable solutions, translate ambiguity into clarity, and drive measurable improvements in marketing performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Ensure transparent, structured communication across teams with regular updates on progress, insights, and business impact. Establish and maintain clear documentation and partner with enablement teams to create self-serve resources that increase adoption and user confidence.
- Innovation-Driven Mindset: Embrace emerging technologies—particularly AI/LLMs—to create prototypes for platform development ideation and alignment. .
- 2 to 5 years of Product Management experience (preferably in e-com)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Comfortable with ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- Customer-obsessed but also commercially savvy
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies
- Comfortable with AI tools
