Job Description
At the Calgary Stampede, the Logistics team plays a vital behind the scenes role supporting all operational teams during our world class 10 day event. The team oversees the park wide distribution of assets and goods, as well as Food & Beverage invoicing, ensuring inventory is accurately tracked, goods are delivered on time, and documentation is processed efficiently. Logistics Administrative staff support internal teams and vendors by processing invoices, coordinating inventory movement, and maintaining records in a time sensitive, constantly evolving operation. This role is essential to keeping park operations running smoothly throughout the Stampede.
