Party Leader Weekends
Job Description
- Competitive salary
- Free uniforms
- Training & development
What we expect from you…
- BRING THE ENERGY! Transform our space into a world of excitement and imagination that kids can't resist
- Lead Birthday Parties and special events with the enthusiasm of a game show host and the heart of a favorite teacher
- Create "I-can't-wait-to-come-back" experiences during Day Camps with your infectious enthusiasm and creative spark
- Genuinely connect with each child – remembering names, celebrating their victories, and making them feel special
- Work independently with the confidence to make decisions and take ownership of the fun!
You'd fit in here if…
- You're naturally SILLY and have zero fear of looking ridiculous to make a child smile (dinosaur roars and superhero poses are part of your regular vocabulary)
- You were the babysitter that kids begged their parents to hire again
- Your friends describe you as "the life of the party" or "the fun one" in your group
- You find yourself naturally getting down to a child's level to talk with them, even when no one is watching
- You'd rather lead a conga line than scroll through your phone during downtime
- Working weekends feels like an opportunity, not a sacrifice!
- You're more concerned with looking "cool" than making a child laugh
- The idea of leading a group of kids in a silly dance makes you uncomfortable
- You view this strictly as a paycheck rather than a chance to make a difference
- "High energy" isn't typically used to describe you
You may think we're awesome because…
- You'll get to be the reason a shy child comes out of their shell
- Parents will literally thank you for giving their child the "best birthday ever!"
- Your personality gets to be your superpower – the more authentic and enthusiastic you are, the better you'll do
- When you rock a birthday party, the parents reward you with great tips!
- You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours (but fair warning: we're looking for dinosaur people!)
- This may not be your career, but your impact will be remembered by these children for decades
But seriously, read the fine print…
