We’re seeking a Senior Finance Administrator to join our growing Corporate Finance team. This is a full‑time, permanent opportunity that can be based in any of our major offices across Australia.
You’ll be responsible for managing finance processes, including journal uploads, cost allocations, and recharges across all of UGL’s Business Units. Accuracy is critical, you’ll need to spot when something doesn’t look right and resolve issues before they impact reporting.

About the role
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to gather information, ensure cost centres and codes are correct, and maintain automated templates. Advanced Excel skills are essential, as you’ll have the opportunity to improve those templates to make workflows more efficient. SAP experience is also essential.
Key responsibilities
Manage and process journals, cost allocations, and corporate recharges including journal uploads, manual journals, desk allocations, and insurance allocations.
Process and validate recharges across all BU’s for common costs to include fleet, telco, insurance, recruitment, facilities etc.
Maintain and improve Excel-based templates.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring accuracy of cost centres and allocations, and supporting month‑end deadlines.

About you
Experience in a similar role.
Advanced Excel skills (formulas, automation) and SAP experience.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure during month end.
Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
