We are currently seeking a Site Administrator to join our team in Portland, supporting our project execution and technical teams on-site. You’ll work closely with the site leadership team and subcontractors to ensure smooth administrative processes and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the site leadership and project teams
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for project personnel
- Manage site documentation, including timesheets, purchase orders, and safety records
- Assist with onboarding and mobilisation of new site staff
- Maintain registers for equipment, training, and compliance
- Support reporting and data entry for project tracking and performance
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and materials
- Contribute to a positive and safety-focused site culture
About You
- Proven experience in a site or project-based administrative role, ideally within engineering, heavy industrial, rail or construction environments
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
