Job Description

SUMMARY:

Performs general and specialized custodial maintenance tasks throughout the Club House and on course restrooms and facilities. This custodial maintenance position shall work to ensure cleanliness and functionality of the entirety of the Circling Raven Golf Course premises.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist setting up equipment, tables, chairs, etc. for all Tournaments, and special events.
  • Clean applicable areas each day and after special events.
  • Work to ensure cleanliness of all interior carpets, floors, restrooms, tables, chairs, windows, glass doors, blinds, offices, entries, walls, and other interior fixtures. This will also include dusting, waxing, and polishing all inside vertical and horizontal surfaces including the outside areas of the Clubhouse.
  • Remove snow and de-ice sidewalks and walkways as needed.
  • Load/unload equipment and/or supplies as needed by the Golf Course.
  • Submit written notification to the Director of Golf of any fixture or equipment not working properly.
  • Document all services, accidents or injuries, items needing repair, and tasks on daily maintenance form.
  • Report all unresolved issues that occurred during shift to supervisor.
  • Attend all department team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as delegated by manager.
  • Immediately notify manager of any complaints or concerns customers may have and bring manager to the customer to achieve positive resolution if needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Must have strong verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to provide excellent customer service.
  • Professional conduct including good attendance and ability to maintain professionalism at all times.
  • Must have a positive attitude.
  • Basic understanding of custodial equipment and its uses preferred.
