Job Description
Lead generation & prospecting
- Identify and research potential customers through various channels like, cold calling, email campaigns, market research, and existing customer reviews
- Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects in coordination with the outside sales team
- Utilize CRM tools to track, manage, and grow prospect interactions
- Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities
Sales activities
- Complete 20+ outbound calls daily to prospects and existing customers
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and challenges
- Present product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively
- Deliver product demonstrations via phone, video conferencing, or screen sharing
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotes
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Enter orders into the ERP quickly and efficiently

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and customer interactions in CRM

EDUCATIONAL AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma, associate’s degree or an equivalent level of training or experience
- Relevant experience in a tech support, customer service role or an equivalent skill set
- Strong computer skills and technical knowledge
- Proven ability to provide quality customer service support
- Strong organization skills to promptly address all customer inquiries
