
FLEX Senior Manager, Brand Management - Premium
Job Description
This is a temporary position supporting maternity leave coverage for 4 months until mid-November 2026.
JOB SUMMARY
The FLEX Sr. Manager, Brand Management, Premium role will play a critical part in supporting the E2E Experience Design Team. As a member of the "pod" within the Continent Lodging Product & Services organization, they will execute prioritized, measurable, and high-impact work, as directed by the leader, and support the development and implementation of tailored E2E experience strategies, ensuring alignment between business objectives and customer expectations. This role requires familiarity in various aspects of physical and digital brand management and, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines to deliver outstanding customer experiences. The FLEX Senior Manager will help coordinate with global and continent E2E teams to share best practices and learnings, fostering a global culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Some travel required.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
- 6+ years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance in customer experience design, brand strategy, design thinking, trends and innovation, or related function.
- Demonstrated ability in customer experience design, design thinking, innovation, brand and product development, journey mapping.
- Must be available to travel to San Francisco, CA in November 2026 for an event.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in design, experience design, or service design
- Past experience leading the design, development, and delivery of complex stakeholder experiences, using design thinking, creativity, and expert communication skills, to deliver powerful, results-oriented meetings and workshops.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
- Support the development of E2E user-centered experience designs, considering customer feedback, maps, personas, user research, technical constraints, and opportunities to create end to end experience design concepts that support business and consumer objectives.
- Support all aspects of E2E user experience design utilizing quantitative and qualitative methodologies (i.e., testing prototypes through user interviews, coordinating in-depth usability testing, mining user analytics, etc.).
- Develop project management templates, such as status cards, and timelines to drive organization and efficiency on projects.
- Coordinate any in-person or virtual meetings related to new or ongoing projects.
- Stay up to date on the status of deliverables including key milestones or risks across all workstreams.
- Work closely with loyalty and brand stakeholders to understand Premium brand and product strategies, demographics, and differentiators to inform concepts and experiences requiring distinctive approaches.
- Support the concepting and design of new products or services.
- Collect and synthesize new research and trends.
- Support US/CAN Brand Team on General Manager Conference Planning.
