Position Summary: Responsible for fall program, working with insurance r/t patient transportation/appointments, 1/5wks weekend only call and supporting the day to day nursing team.
Monday - Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm hours are flexible/negotiable (On Call) 1/5 weekends Friday 5pm-Monday 8a
