About The Job

  • Manage end-to-end implementation and training processes for HotelRunner PMS and Channel Manager products
  • Provide fast, solution-oriented, and clear responses to customer requests
  • Execute support and implementation processes in line with defined SLA timelines
  • Accurately track and document all processes through Salesforce CRM
  • Foster strong cross-functional communication and collaboration across teams
  • Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and follow up with post-process feedback

Requirements

  • High school or Bachelor’s degree graduate
  • Registered with the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) with a disability degree of 40% or above
  • Self-learner, able to work independently, and a strong team player
  • Experience in call center and/or customer relations
  • English proficiency (preferred)
  • Residing in İzmir
