Role & Responsibility
- Support daily sales activities, such as collecting and organizing customer contact information
- Support sales-related administrative tasks, including system maintenance, daily expense reimbursement, etc.
- Assist sales teams with data processing and report preparation.
Qualification Requirements (Education & Work Experience)
- University degree or above, economics, data/IT or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in Master Data Management, Customer Service or a similar data-related role is an advantage.
- Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy, completeness and consistency. Proficient in Excel; familiarity with reporting or AI tools is a plus. Good organizational skills: able to coordinate meetings, write concise minutes and manage multiple priorities. Collaborative and service-oriented, with the ability to work effectively across functions and hierarchical levels. Continuous learning mindset toward data, master data processes and digital tools.
- Languages Chinese: fluent (written and spoken).English: good working proficiency for international and regional/global communication.
