We are looking for a Brand Manager – to analyze current and potential brand performance and prepare strategic solutions to achieve the brand vision, communication, and consumer engagement. 

This role is ideal for a strategic, consumer-centric professional who combines data analytic, creativity and strong business acumen. 🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and deployment of brand strategies aligned with long-term business objectives, brand vision, and consumer engagement priorities.
  • Identify growth opportunities together with the Head of Category, quantifying and prioritizing initiatives that strengthen competitive advantage for consumers, partners, and the business.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across offline and online channels, including advertising, direct marketing, consumer activations, trade programs, events, and promotional initiatives.
  • Own the development and implementation of core brand creative ideas and brand guidelines, ensuring consistent positioning, communication, and representation across all market activities and touchpoints.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market research, and business trends to identify target audiences and translate insights into meaningful and scalable consumer and trade programs.
  • Ensure excellent execution of the brand plan through effective resource allocation and strong collaboration with Commercial, Consumer Experience, External Affairs, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with Regional and Central Category teams to ensure best-in-class implementation of global and regional brand activation initiatives while identifying local market opportunities and campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external partners to ensure impactful deliverables, operational excellence, fast execution, and effective budget management.
  • Support commercial projects and go-to-market initiatives by providing deep brand expertise from idea generation through execution.
  • Maintain strong collaboration across departments to develop innovative packaging, trade programs, and new brand opportunities that enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure all brand activities comply with internal Marketing Code requirements and local legislative and regulatory frameworks.
  • Support team development by fostering collaboration, sharing expertise, and contributing to the growth and motivation of team members.


🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • We’re looking for professionals who are passionate about brand building, comfortable navigating complexity, and able to translate strategy into impactful execution:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Brand Marketing or related roles, ideally within FMCG or consumer-driven industries
  • Proven track record and experience in brand strategy development and deployment, with proven ability to manage integrated marketing initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent data analysis and presentation skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and brand communication principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders
  • Agile mindset with strong ownership, result orientation, and logical thinking capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced and dynamic environments
