How You’ll Shine
As a Creative Manager, you’ll lead the development of engaging creative work that supports our brand and business goals—while mentoring a team of designers to do their best work.
You will:
Lead and develop a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment
Oversee the creation of marketing and brand assets across print, digital, and multimedia channels
Ensure all creative outputs align with brand standards and deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
Review and approve final artwork for production across print and digital platforms
Partner with internal stakeholders to translate briefs into impactful creative solutions
Drive innovation by bringing fresh ideas and improving creative processes
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a creative leader who combines strong design expertise with the ability to inspire and guide others.
Proven experience in a creative or design leadership role
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
Experience in video editing or multimedia production (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative work
Solid understanding of print production and digital design workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand-building
