Eaton's Engineering Service & Systems Business has an opening for an Operations Finance Analyst, located in Moon Township, PA. This role will be Hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 days from home)
The primary focus for this role is to work collaboratively with finance, accounting, and business operations primarily throughout North America. This finance team member will oversee and execute the processes necessary to plan, record, analyze, and report on the financial conditions of the division and its business units.

We assist customers at every stage of the power system: offering start-up and commissioning of equipment, performing planned maintenance, monitoring performance, diagnosing system problems remotely, as well as responding to emergencies on a 24/7 basis, 365 days a year. Our support services help businesses make the most of their existing electrical equipment by optimizing performance and extending the life of existing facilities.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $97,000 - $143,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

What you’ll do:
- Support the Finance Operations Manager, Business Unit management and Division Finance Director in all financial and operational aspects of the business.
- Coordinate financial reporting and accounting within the business units and division.
- Coordinate plans, objectives and commitments within finance and business units / functions.
- Manage key monthly financial processes to including forecasting and regional reporting
- Prepare meaningful variance analysis commentary for management and publish accurate and timely financial reporting packages.
- Coordinate, interpret and respond to ad hoc financial requests within division.
- Organize and deliver appropriate management reports to division management.
- Promote good financial stewardship by helping control costs, driving forecast accuracy, and ensuring proper controls are in place.
- Ensure accuracy of revenue recognition for in compliance with US GAAP.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
- Minimum 3 years’ experience Financial planning, forecasting and reporting
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.
