Continuous Improvement Manager

United Performance Metals (UPM) Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager will be expected to drive operational excellence, eliminate waste, and champion a culture of continuous learning. In this role, you will lead facility-wide Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, optimizing processing workflows, standardizing processes across operating locations, and act as the SME of effective change management. You will bridge the gap between business strategy and shop-floor execution, directly influencing cost containment, safety, and first-time quality.
