资深工艺工程师Senior Process Engineer_EM

 

1. Ensure the normal operation of responsible production process in CngP
2. Focus on the process improvement for MAE
3. Eliminate failures in the manufacturing processes via systematic approach.
4. Analysis the root cause of quality incident related to MAE process, and lessons learnt sharing.
5. New process development, application and release(PQG2/3/4), MAE localization supporting from process point view .
6. Coordination and support of international process teams as lead plant function.

• Mechanical manufacturing and automation
• Working experience with automotive industry is preferred.
• Mechanical, electrical, automation, material and knowledge for DC motor, knowledge for production process of DC motor, knowledge for assembly solutions.
• Listening, speaking, reading and writing.
